  • First click the Start button, then click on Control Panel and then on Programs and Features
  • Find 360 Total Security, double click on the entry and follow the uninstall procedure

  1. Right-click on the tray icon.
  2. Select Download Manager
  3. Select the settings icon (configuration icon)

You may add particular files you trust to the Trust List. 360 Total Security will then not scan and detect these files.

You may also send the particular files or installer to us.

  • Solution 1 Check the router's default username and password (generally on the back of the router), use the password to enter login.
  • Solution 2 Reset Router Password to Factory Settings
  • Note: If you reset the device, the device will return to factory defaults, you will lose all your settings.
    • Step 1 Turn off the router.
    • Step 2 Press and hold the reset button on the rear panel with a pin, then turn on the router. (Do not release the reset button when you turn on the router and Please keep holding the button for about 6~10 seconds after turning on the router).
    • Step 3 Release the reset button and wait for the device to reboot.
  • If both of them do not work, please contact your router supplier.
