Help for Account

If you're not currently logined to your account:

1. Go to Forgot password .
2. Enter the email address/phone number you used to create the account.
3. In order to verify your email/phone number, we will send you an email or SMS message with a code. Enter the verification code in the field provided and click Verify .
4. You’ll see a success message.

If you are currently logined to your account:

1. Go to Security .
2. Click Change password .
3. Enter the email address/phone number you used to create the account.
4. In order to verify your email/phone number, we will send you an email or SMS message with a code. Enter the verification code in the field provided and click Verify .
5. You’ll see a success message.

Create an account in 360 Total Security:

1. Open 360 Total Security.

2. Open 360 account.

   

3. Enter your email, and a password.

4. Click Sign up.

5. Verify account:

   • We will send you a verification link via email. Check your email to click Verify My Email button.
   • We will send you a verification code via SMS. Enter the verification code in the field on 360 account website.

6. You’ll see a success message.

Deleting the account will remove your profile,earned points,license key and other associated data. If you still want your account deleted,we will take care of it for you. Please send the reason why you want to delete your account to support@360safe.com via the email address you used to register 360 Account.
