Qihoo 360 “360 Halloween Bravery Challenge” T&C Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The 360 Total Security “360 Halloween Bravery Challenge Campaign” (the “Campaign”) is open to all 360 Total Security users using the Russian or English version of the software. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

Beijing Qihu Keji Co. Ltd.,(herein, “Qihoo 360”)

3. Agreement to Official Rules

By participating in the Campaign, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign.

4. Campaign Period

The Campaign begins at 20:00PM, October 28th, 2016, ends 15:00PM, November 1st. 2016 (Beijing Time), and the winners will be announced by November 30th.

5. How to Participate

  1. 360 Total Security users can enter the Campaign page from the popup window in the application to play the game “360 Halloween Bravery Challenge”.
  2. New users can enter the Campaign page from social media channels to play the game “360 Halloween Bravery Challenge”.
  3. All participants need to enter their email to play the game and win the chance to get the 1-year Premium Membership of 360 Total Security

6. Prize

  1. There will be ten winners. Each of them can get 1-year Premium Membership of 360 Total Security.
  2. The winners will be selected amongst all those users who find 360 Lucky Candy.
  3. The prize winner agrees and accepts the terms and conditions of gift redemption governed by the Sponsor.

7. Severability

The Premium Membership prize should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods to earn the chance of the prize will void entrant’s eligibility to the Campaign. If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

8. Verification of Potential Winners

The potential winners will be notified by email. Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. “For Potential Winners: if any potential winner cannot be contacted, or if prize is returned as undeliverable, he/she forfeits prize.”

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that Sponsor and its designees reserve the right to publish name and email of the entrant with prize information, the winner on Campaign site or through social networks for publicity purposes.

10. General Conditions

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Campaign is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but, not limited to, fraud, technical failures, regularly-scheduled maintenance, virus or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Campaign to address the impairment, then resume the Campaign in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) cancel the Campaign and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other Campaign, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

11. Termination and Change

“Qihoo 360” may suspend or terminate the Campaign or a user’s ability to participate in this Campaign at any time for any reason.

Requirements and incentives may also change at any time. The eligibility for the prize will become null and void if discovered that it has been earned as a result of fraudulent activities or methods. “Qihoo 360” reserves the right to cancel a user’s participation if any abusive or fraudulent activity is noticed.
